They had six children, Mina, Maddie, Mamie, Jonah, John, and Timothy. Jonah and John were twins, Jonah lived untill 1900, John 1920. Mamie was born in 1895, died in 1900. I find this a great thing to do for history. I like to think about when my realitives were alive and how different the world was. With all these names I've only gotten my Mother's father's family line, and that is maternal and paternal linage. Some of my father's linage and one sir name from my Mother's mother. I am 11 years old and this is my second year of working on my history. The earliest year that I have is 1789 isn't that awesome! I have traced my maternal grandmothers family orior to their arrival here in VA. I am especially interested in any data available on the following individuals:
Terrell, Mary [b.19 February 1779; d. 1859 Smyth Co., VA] who married Sprinkle, William [b. 1780 MD d. 31 December 1852 in Mt. Carmel, Marion, Smyth County, VA]. Mary's father is listed as Reuben who was the son of Terrell, Robert and Foster, Mary. The mother for Mary is listed as "unk."; the first Terrell I have found in VA was Richmond who married Waters, Elizabeth who had been born in the Chickahominy Creek area; their children and grandchildren also being born in that area.
Second woman in question is: Fulcher, Emiline D. who first appears anywhere on the 1850 census as living with the parents of Sprinkle, George Washington whom she married.

Trierweiler is a hard name to find anything about. Have you ever met anyone named Trier or Trierweiler? My grandpa shortened the name Trierweiler to Trier. There is a town in Germany called Trier. Enter the surname alone, with no given name. If the hits you get are mostly from one country, that is probably where the surname originated. Remember that people moved around; there are a lot of Portuguese in Brazil, Spanish in Mexico and Germans in Wisconsin. Look for the older dates.

John Marian Underwood and Nancy Cornelia Underwood

I'm looking for any information on my great-grandparents.

He was John Marian Underwood. Born May 14, 1841 deid Sept. 2, 1914(in Oconee County, SC). He claimed to be 1/2 Indian(Cherokee possibly). According to my father, John's family lived around the area at the mouth of the Little Tennessee River. He had a brother name Seaborn Pickens. One of them may have changed their last name(We're not sure which one).

Nancy Cornelia Chamlee(or Shamley) Underwood was born May 2, 1850 and died March 7, 1942(Oconee County, SC also). According to one family Bible, Nancy's father was a full blooded Frenchman. She had a brother(or uncle) who was called "Uncle Pink". He was a Chastain or Chasteen. Nancy's family was truly French because she spoke fluent French when angry.

However Charles was raised by his grandparents, the Loves due t his mother's death when he was very young, and his fahter's death when he was around 9-10. I'm looking for info about Samuel Sheils, Hakan Olsen (Olson), and Charles Mermoud. Samuel Sheils came from Ireland in 1836 and married. Hakan Olsen (Olson,I think he might have gone by both during his life) came from Sweden with his wife Elsie in the 1800's. Charles Mermoud (1829-1888) came from Switzerland also in the 1800's. He married Rosalie Veilluex from Quebec, Canada. I don't have info on possible brothers, sisters, parents. etc. All of these people had children and I would be willing to share info on their decendents. I would appricate any other info you might possibly have.
