MEDLEN
Mrs. Molly BURNS Medlen, 72 , native of Robertson County, died at 1:45 Monday afternoon at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Bryan WILLIAMS of South Main Street, after an illness of about ten weeks.
Mrs. Medlen was the daughter of the late Larry and Margaret Ann WHALEY BURNS and was a member of the Antioch Christian Church.
She is survived by her husband, Carles Medlen; two daughters, Mrs. Bryan WILLIAMS of this city and Mrs. Margaret M. GAY of Marion, Ind.; one son, W. V. Medlen, of Marion, Ind.; four brothers, Jonh (John ?) , Lawrence, Henry and W. T. Burns all of Mt. Olivet, and eight grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at the residence of Mrs. Williams at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon with the Rev. Fred SMITH, conducting. Burial will follow in the Paris cemetery.
Bearers will be W. T. Burns, Harrison County: Conway BURNS, Paris; Lawrence burns Jr., and C. T. Burns, Paris; George BURNS, Cynthiana and Wm. Burns, Mt. Olivet.
