Since posting my initial message, I've found the divorce records in Georgia for Abihu and his second wife, Sarah.
I've also located a Bible page listing the children of Abihu and Martha, which had been an area of confusion for me.
The marriage of GW Batson and Mary E. Sewell is also recorded in Coosa County, AL on the same date. The trails never end, do they?
