It very well could be. I have no information on them. Don't know where Billy & Lodusky Powell married or anything. Her parents were Charles Powell & Mary of Dale County, Ala. My great grandmother Mary Waters married Jesse W. Williams. Dale County, alabama. I don't know anything about her people. I hope you are right.
