Many Autauga probate records are available to see on familysearch.org (free)

You can go to the main page, then 'browse by location - united states' then 'Alabama County Probate Records' then 'browse through 1,950,136 images.'

When you browse, you will be able to see last names of the folders which have multiple pages of images to view and study.

There are several Alabama counties with these records posted. They are: Autauga, Baldwin, Barbour, Bibb, Blount, Calhoun, Cherokee, Chilton, Choctaw, Clay, Cleburne, Elmore, Etowah, Greene, Hale, Henry, Jackson,
Marion, Marshall,Mobile, Morgan, Perry, Pike, Russell, and St Clair. I have not checked these counties on FamilySearch to determine if all of these records are still
available.

In addition to this source the Alabama Genealogical Society began the Alabama Loose Records Project in 1998. To read more about the Loose Record Project and to search the database visit http://www.lrp.algensoc.org.
