Notes:
I believe there are more probate records that I did not have time to find for Young Lee in the Monroe Co. Ala. Courthouse and possibly some in the De Soto Parish LA Courthouse.
I believe Young Lee's son David was the David B. Lee who died in Butler Co. Ala. before Dec. of 1859 (I posted some of his estate record).
I'm trying to contact Austin Smith to see if Susan Eliza Lee Hunter's birthdate is on a tombstone in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. I believe Susan belongs to Young Lee's first wife based on her combined birthdates on the 1850-1860-1870 censuses. Can anyone document that she belongs to the second wife?
I cannot exactly solve the P.C. Lee married to a Tidwell in Young Lee's estate. Her husband's name looks like Daniel, but could be David and could be the David Tidwell on the 1850-1880 censuses of De Soto Parish. I can't match P.C. Lee to Young Lee's children in the 1850 or 1860 census, unless she is Kate/Katie Tidwell above (and her initials P.C. could be for Pheraby Catherine). Is David's birthdate incorrect on the Mt. Olivet tombstone/listing above? David is 7 in 1850, 14 in 1860, 24 in 1870, and 35 in 1880, so 1845 is a better birthdate for D. W. Tidwell than 1815.
