I have a photo on glass made of a Confederate soldier. I haven't a clue who this guy is. You may look at it on Jim Taylor's Home Page at
http://www.datasync.com/~jtaylor. It was found in a cedar chest in the home I grew up in, in
Loop, near
Blanche, on
Alabama Hwy. 273. The old
Miller Home Place. I would love to know who this guy is, possibly he's a relative, I'm sure. My great grandfather was sheriff of
Cherokee County in 1913, his name was J.P. (John
Pierce Miller) (died 1935), his wife was Ella
Wilder. I want to know who their parents were, too. My grandfather was
Grady Neely Miller their only child (died 1960), my dad was James Euclid
Miller (died 2000). He's possibly kin to the Miller's. I may never know. But I'm trying.
