My great grandfather's name was Charlie Monroe Todd. I am trying to find out his parents names. All I know is that he was born on 7/13/1886 in Womack Hill, Choctaw, Alabama. He had a sister but we don't know her name. His parents gave him to some neighbors for unknown reasons. After living with this couple, rumor is they worked him to the point that he ran away. He came to Mississippi and was working for a logging company but was then drafted into the war @ 1910. If anyone knows any information that might help, it would be greatly appreciated. Charlie was admitted to Whitfield Mental Hospital in Mississippi where he died, Altheimers and Dementia ran in his family if that helps.
