Hello, Thank you so much for the information on Charles Ingram Helms. Do you have other information that you might share? My friend, Ralph B. Helms Jr., is a great great grandson of Charles Ingram by his son Aaron Washington, by his son James Oscar,by his son Ralph Bingham Helms Sr.

I was trying to put the men in the 1860 Coffe County census as all sons of John Whitehead but now understand that Hiram and Coleman were his sons and cousins to Charles and not brothers. Joel Helms Sr. is not on the 1860 census in Coffee. Did he live elsewhere or was he deceased or do you know? Do you know any info on Joel Sr.? I would appreciate your help so much.
