HISTORY OF TITUS, AL

Present day Titus, AL (Elmore Co.) was referred to on the late 1800 Census as Knight's Mill; does anyone know when and how the name was changed to Titus? Is there any known history of the settling of that area (near the Coosa County line).

Does anyone know the current name of the area near Titus that was once called Buyckville?

Where is the current area for what was once Five Points, AL. I have heard that it is near present day Deatsville/Millbrook? Can that be verified?
