I found them. They are in Columbus, Georgia. The last person to respond was on the right track, that's for sure because Columbus is just across the river. But I actually did a soundex search on Clarence and found them that way. Ancestry.com has them indexed as RAILEY and Ben's name is listed as Charlie. Everything matches up though, so this is definitely them.
