He was the son of Thomas Jasper and Georgeann Mooney, had a brother Tom and sister or step Mattie Mooney. Mattie is part of our family,can't get much info on them. His uncle was Redmond who married Mary Mooney on the same day as Thomas got married. They were twin brothers, that is what I have got so far from ancestry.
