I found relatives that were living in Walker County on the 1910 census. I'm thinking they might have been there for work. Since a lot of my family has worked in the Coal Mines, I was curious if Walker County was a booming Coal Mining Camp back then and if now all of those mines are now shut down? Where do people now work at?
