They were in Tallassee, Elmore Co, AL in 1900. Most of the 1890 census burned in 1921, marriage record found in Elmore county for this couple in 1886.

Myrtle was the oldest of 5 surviving children, had sister Effie N Bishop born 1890 AL who married by 1910. Her parents died in Taylor county, 1937 and 1941.
