I did not find them on the disk; however, I did track them down elsewhere. They are in the 1900 Census, Jackson Co., AL, District 32, Image 11 of 25, line 38:
Joseph A. Lequire, Aug 1843, age 56, born NC
Manervia J, Nov 1866, age 33, born TN, married 10 years, 4 kids all living
Arrena? F, Jul 1891, 8, all kids born AL
Joseph W, Feb 1893, 7
Geo. M, Oct 1896, 3
Art M, Feb 1898, 2

At www.familysearch.org I did find a marriage record for
"Menervia" Davis to Joseph Anderson Lequire on 6 Oct 1890 in Franklin County, Tennessee. I checked the TNGenWeb site to see if I could verify, but they didn't have records from 1890. Hope this helps!
