My uncle "Occie" Selmer was railroad worker another selmer was a butcher,my greatgrandfather had a gold mine outside fairbanks his name was Stephen Patrick Murray, my grandmother had a Beauty shop there, Murrays and Selmers lived born raised died and breathed Fairbanks Alaska from 1918 until 1950's.Some still live there.
