I am looking for information about a person named (joseph?) Chisel (schisel...) who owned a department store in Haines Alaska around 1940. It was reported to have the first elevator in Alaska. Any information would be appreciated. His daughter was Lucille Chisel who married Justin Arnold Raybourn and later married Frank Wehrer, both in the Haines area of alaska in the 1940's
