This is my first reply ever so don't really know what I'm doing so bear with me. James Jackson and Lucy Frances were my great grandparents as well. I have just begun geneology research this past year so don't know to much about it. I have been lucky that several people had already begun and they shared the info with me. I can tell you this much about them: Their son James William (B 1895 D. 1942) was my grandfather (married to Micca Ann Billings Davis Huey B.1895 D.1971)and their son was my Dad, Raymon Billings Davis B 1917 D.1990 married to Ruth Jane Jones b. 1919).
My names stop at James and Lucy. I don't know anything else about the family. If you have any more info please share with me. I began this journey because my twin granddaughters have a project they have to do for school this year. Any pictures, stories, etc. that they could use for the scrapbooks they have to make would be appreciated. I will reimburse you any expense involved to have copies made or you can email them to me.
