i am looking for relatives that are realted to samuel t stephens sr. born 1794 from pa and settled with his family in the Van Buren Red River Valley area about 1837 he had a first wife UNknown when James Samuel jr and George stephens were born in Iowa, new Wife Nancy Unkown born est 1812 KY, then had childred: Martillus T 1837: Martha ann 1843; Hirum 1846; Levy 1847; Sara 1850; Marian 1855; they all lived and owned farm land in the area and close by in 1860 beleive samuel jr married mary c with 100 acrea,george married nanacy with 420 acres; martillus with margarett with 100 acres, with samuel sr with 570 acres, someone should know this family or have decentdence in the area, not looking for the land looking for the history behind this family
