Searching for Belle Arbin/Arlin
I believe Belle was possibly raised by an Aunt and Uncle or perhaps just neighbors whom she was left with, in or around Dennard AR. Her mother died when she was 5 years old or younger. I was told that her father left her with someone to go to town for something and simply never came back to get her. If anyone has any clues as to who might have raised her or who her parents were that would be great.
I was told her last name was ARLIN but after looking at a document that was sent to me with her name on it, I believe with the way the handwriting was then it is actually ARBIN.
