This might appear twice because of hitting the wrong key!

I thank you for your reference to the google image site. I think I have found the answers to some of my questions. The family stories are told that Orlando L. Green and John W. Campbell were assigned to the newly opened stations, which explains their short stays in Ft. Smith, Memphis, etc.

I can not be sure that is Orlando in the picture you cited from the article. Not clear/large enough. However I did find this site http://condrenrails.com/Frisco%20Catalog/Frisco-Central-Divi... which has two pictures of the Summers Depot.

The first one is Orlando standing in the door way and the Summers boys playing in the back according to family identifaction.

The second picture I have a couple questions to go with it. Does anyone know when the Summers station was opened? When was the platform built and what year might this picture have been taken?

Appreciate your help

Sue
