My name is Andrea Matsumoto and I am looking for information on the Jennings Family that settled in Cotton Plant, Arkansas from Mississippi. My grandfather, Howard Miller, married Lourene Jennings in 1927. It is believed that she died from Rhuematic Fever in 1930. It is also belived that at the time of her death she has just given birth to a baby girl, also very ill with same but survived. I belive that the little girl was my mother. Lourene's parents were Edward and Ella Jennings. Her siblings were; Haywood, Clenamie, Sarah, Addie, Gavin, Milten, Eloe, and Carmel. They lived in Cotton Plant and were neighbors to the Floyd Family - Robert and Elsie. I also believe that she is buried possibly at Morning Star Cemetary.
