The 1891-1895 editor of the "Pantagraph" in Craig, CO was Clarence H BRONAUGH. After leaving Craig, he lived in Canon City, CO; Rawlins, WY; somewhere in PA; Ceres, Stanislaus, and Paradise, CA. He was originally from IL (probably the Bloomington area). He and his wife died in Paradise - Clarence in 1939 and his wife, Grace Pearl (Macomber) in 1950. At the time of their deaths their daughter, Helen BUNNELL, was living in Paradise. Other children were: Paul H (lived at Ceres and Oakland, CA), John C (lived at Lodi, CA), and Alice E (BRONAUGH) WATTS (lived at Oxnard, CA).
The Museum is trying to find descendants that might have a picture of Clarence as we are developing an exhibit of the various newspapers published in Moffat County, CO and would like to have a picture of those early editors/publishers to display with them. We hope that any of their descendants who might read this will contact us as soon as possible.
