SAN ANDREAS REGISTER -- This is the name of a new Union paper, to make its first appearance in San ANDREAS, Calaveras county, on the 30th instant. The proprietors are S.W.D. HILL and E.R. TIEL, both practical printers. J.G. SEVERANCE, late of Amador county, is to be the editor. We wish the ‘Register’ all reasonable success, and think it has chosen a good filed. Calaveras is sadly in need of a sound Union newspaper.
