ACCUSE WEALTHY MAN OF EMBEZZLEMENT
NEW YORK, October 27.—
Telegram from the Chicago police led to the arraignment of HENRY T. BANGS, a mining expert, here today on a charge of embezzling $2500, The detectives who made the arrest say they understood Bangs to be worth half a million dollars and that There was something behind the embezzlement charge.
