Margie Lee Neese

Margie Lee Neese, 86, died Thursday, Nov. 20, in a Ukiah hospital. She was born March 1, 1894, in Indiana and had lived in California for the past 45 years. A resident of Ukiah for over 35 years, she had taught school in Redwood Valley for 30 years.

She is survived by her husband, Ernest Neese of Ukiah; sons, Ernie and Richard Neese of Ukiah and Bill Neese of Redwood Valley; daughters, Betty Landau of Washington, Ethel Shoenburger of Ventura and Margie King of Idaho; 19 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and a sister, Hilda Dixon of Indiana.

Services will be held at Eversole Mortuary on Saturday, Nov. 22, at 3:30 p.m. with Rev. Al Damon officiating.

Burial will be in Ukiah Cemetery.
