My great grandmother was from Flores Mary C. Freitas born I believe in 1877 she lived in Fresno, Ca. where she passed away, I don't have the exact dates off hand. However she had family in other cities around Central Ca. as well. I don't have my list off hand. She was suppose to have been born in Flores, Azores however I haven't found her on the passenger list as of yet. She married my great grandfather who was Jose Goulart de Silva. Who went by SILVA in the USA. I can look up more info this weekend. Does it sound familiar??
