Hi, I lived next to Girl's Town back in the 1960s. It was a collection of seemingly abandonded buildings. When I had toretrieve my baseball, I recall getting permission from an older couple...but I never saw a girl there. I do recall feeding some horses through my backyard fence. In 2008, I published a book about the area, which I learned was a WW II Army Camp. Sister West bought a portion of the camp after the war to start Girl's Town. I have an aerial photo (from a 1950's post card) in the book. The book is: "Riverside's Camp Anza and Arlanza", Frank Teurlay
