Hello, Yes I am related to Vera. Her father William Gough was my maternal grandfather's brother. Harriet and Charles Gough along with their sons William and Samuel and Harriet's daughter from a previous relationship/marriage? along with a son emigrated from Ashton upon Mersey in Cheshire leaving behind my grandfather Harry. This was about 1914/18. William (Bill) married Grace who had been engaged to his best friend who was also killed in action. The last I heard about Vera was last year and she was in a home.
