Services for Gertie Zehrung, 68, of Denair are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lakewood Funeral Home. Burial will be private at Lakewood Memorial Park.
Mrs. Zehrung was born in Modesto. She died Saturday at Emanuel Medical Center.
She had lived in Denair for 68 years and was a homemaker. She was a member of United Methodist Church of Hughson, Calfornia Women for Agriculture, Ag in the Classroom and the state Fair Board. She was also a past board member of Creative Alternatives.
Survivors include her husband, Bill Zehrung of Denair, four children, Brent Zehrung of Denair, Barbara Warner of Hickman, Beth Fritz of Modesto and Barbara Zehrung of Turlock; one brother, Dick Van Konynenburg of Hughson; one sister, Kathleen Kelly of Millburn, N. J.; her mother, Ida Van Konynenburg of Ripon; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
