William R. Russell

William Ray Russell, 52, of Ceres died of natural causes Sunday at Doctors Medical Center, Modesto.

Mr. Russell was a native of Modesto. He lived in Ceres all his life. He worked for the Riverbank Munitions Depot as a technician for six years. He also had worked for Modesto Junior College as a groundskeeper for 14 years. He was a member of Sunshine Tabernacle in Modesto. He enjoyed fishing and camping.

He is survived by his mother, Clara "Liz" Russell of Ceres; brother, Bob Russell of Ceres; and sisters, Sue Yancey of Felton and Renee Roberts of Abilene, Kan.

Private services. Eaton Family Funeral and Cremation Service, Modesto, in charge of arrangements.
