Their father's name was William H. Driffill and according to the census records.....

In the 1880 Fed census, Rochester, Monroe, NY, William is born in England and both parents were too. He listed his occupation as a cartman.

In the 1888-89 Rochester City Directory, William is working at 17 N. Water and living at 35 South Ave. In the 1889-90 Directory he is working at 156 S. St. Paul Street.
