Thelma was my grandfather's second wife. I never met either of them. Herbert C. Collins died in 1976. I am looking for Thelma's family (her last SS check was sent to Oxnard). This is what I know of her:

b:06/28/1899, TX (mo: Mary A. HILL, Texas; Fa: John H. WILKESON/WILKERSON, Arkansas; d:SAN DIEGO(37) 01/03/1986 565-22-6753 at age 86 yrs.

Would like to find pictures or any other information about Herbert & Thelma. Any help in locating Thelma's family would be appreciated.
