Details of his first marriage to Wilhelmina Rees in USA about 1913 are given in Michael's Asutralian death certificate.

Family story goes that Michael and Wilhelmina Rees married and had a child (son?) but that Wilhelmina and possibly child too, died shortly after. Michael then returned to Australia where he lived till his death.

Any leads, suggestions, information very greatfully received.
