I am looking for any children of Robert Victor Bach. After his death a picture was found of a woman holding a baby. "1990" was on the back of the picture, nothing else. I am trying to locate any information on this woman and/or baby. The baby would have been born in 1989 or 1990. This could possibly be a child of Bob.
