Boyce Elwood Southall of Cory died of natural causes Thursday, Feb. 22,

2001, at Community Hospital in Grand Junction. He was 82.He was born on Oct. 16, 1918, in Jonesboro, Ark., to William Talmadge

and Virtie Ray (Brown) Southall.
He married Betty Taylor on Oct. 27, 1947, in Raton, N.M. She survives.

Mr. Southall served in the Air Force during World War II.
