Am looking for any information on Cullen R. Earp, b . 8 Aug. 1828 and wife, Hartiett E. Who is she? Was there a blood relationship between either of them to the four Castleberry children he was legal guardian of? Castleberry children not listed by given names. Record in Upshur co.,TX.. A court record shows he sold Castleberry land in Titus Co., TX to his brother Benj. Earp. Cullen and Hartiett had no natural surviving children. Why was he the Castleberry children's guardian?
