SEIDO MAMEDA, 75, Services Friday
Funeral services for Seido A. Mameda, 75, Rocky FORD, will be 2 p.m. Friday at Ustick Donelson Johnson Funeral Home with Rev. Kanya Okamoto officiating.
Burial will follow at Valley View Cemetery at Rocky FORD.
Visitation will be 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday and 9 a.m. to noon Friday at Ustick Donelson Johnson Funeral Home.
Mr. Mameda died Sunday at Arkansas Valley Regional Medical Center.
He was born May 6, 1924, at Rocky FORD, to Keitaro and Mitsu (Shiotsugu) Mameda. He married Masako Murata May 8, 1948, at Rocky FORD.
He was a farmer.
He is survived by his wife, Masako Mameda, of Rocky Ford; daughters, Jodell (Elton) Teruya of Niwot, Susan (Jon) Tsuda of Boulder, and Cathy Kiyota of Longmont; sons, Herbert (Tamara) Mameda of Rocky FORD and Donald (Amy) Mameda of Rocky Ford; sisters, Seda Fujishiro of Rocky FORD, Yoshiko Togashi of Palto Alto, CA, and Helen Takagishi of Sunnyvale, CA; and six grandchildren.
Ustick Donelson Johnson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
