My father, Ellis Thomas Pritchard, was born in Telluride, San Miguel County in 1917. I thought I would find something on his family in the 1920 census. After I paid extra to view it at Ancestry.com, I went through 41 Telluride pages looking for Pritchards and found nothing. The process was slow only because of the time needed to have succeeding pages download. The handwriting was clear and I could read all surnames. But in going to another township, the handwriting was not so clear. Going through the whole county would be a nightmare. Check out what's available at Ancestry.com; there's no charge for that.
