George W. BARTRAM was born in NY in Nov 1844. He married Cornelia A. ? about 1866. The 1900 (First District Lockport) census says they were married 33 yrs. His wife was born in CN and both his and her parents were born in CN. He is listed as a farmer in that census.

They had 4 children in that census: Helen M born Dec 1847 in CN was the oldest (32 in 1900). So I wonder if this could be the Helen who signed the death certificate you have. She is listed as a shirt worker.

The other children are:
John W. born March 1875 in CN
Clara born March 1879 in CN
Chester born Jan 1884 in CN

So this family moved to CN between 1884 and 1900.
