Click on members area and then look at the sketches of first settlers.

I've never done a DAR application, but I suspect your problem will be in documenting the later generations, not these first ones. But, at any rate this sketch will give you some very good sources.

If you are descended from Thomas through his son Samuel, you would certainly be eligible for membership in the Society of Middletown First Settlers Descendants.
