Looking for information on the TILLOTSON family of Lyme, CT.

John(1) TILLOTSON was born in Halifax, Yorkshire, ENG, in 1618. He came to New England before 1639 where he first settled in Rowley, MA, until removing about 1660 to Saybrook, CT. His first wife was Dorcas COLEMAN; his second Jane EVANS. Looking for Jane's family. John died in 1670; Jane died in 1694, both in Lyme.

Jonathan(2) TILLOTSON, son of John & Jane, was born 1659, in Newbury, MA. He married Mary JONES. Looking for Mary's family. Several on line sites suggest that she was the daughter of Lewis JONES, but there is no record of her among his children that I can find. Jonathan died in 1709 in Lyme.

John(3) TILLOTSON was born in 1684 in Lyme. He married Rebecca Chamberlain, the daughter of Benjamin Chamberlain & Sarah Ball in 1707. The family removed to Hebron, Tolland Co. CT sometime after that date. My line descends from their son Abraham(4) TILLOTSON who was born in Hebron in 1726. His daughter Sarah(5) married Enos WRIGHT of Hebron and his daughter Rachel(5) married Matthew WILCOX of Rhode Island. Both of these families moved to Pompey, Ononadaga Co., NY.
