James Boyer, d 1790 in Kent Co, DE; wife Elinor ?; parents Daniel & Elinor, believed to have come to DE ~1732
Charles Wesley Boyer, b ~1760 & married Agnes Vandiveer; children: *Robert M, James E 1788-1878, Eunity W 1790 (married a Lambdin), Caleb S 1792 (married Sarah ??) & Matthew V 1796; all children born in DE.
James Ellis Boyer 1788- ~1787, carpenter (found in 1850 & 1860 Murderkill Hundred Twp, DE census)
Matthew Vandiveer Boyer 1796, druggist, died during Civil War
*Robert McClyment Boyer 1801-1887, d Philadelphia, married Maria Pennington in 1826 (she died bef 1836), he remarried Rebecca Winchester Fisher (1805 DE - 1879 PA); 1860 census he was in Duck Creek Hundred
2 children w/ Maria: Lydia S b 1827, married Walter MacMullen b ~1817; Jacob P*; 5 children w/ Rebecca: Eunity Jane 1836, married John W Hendrix in 1854; Sarah Elizabeth 1839 married Henry Curry of MD; Charlesina 1841 married John H Butler (1860 census shows a son Charles A age 19 carriage trimmer - any input on whether this child was male or female???); Mary Rebecca 1843 married William A Parker of Phila in 1862; Emma b 1846 in NJ married Joseph R Kemp of WI in 1869
*Jacob Pennington Boyer, b 1832, d 1877 in Phila; wife Mary Rebecca Dillahunt (born Fredericktown, MD), moved family to Phila 1869; wife may have died in either DE or MD. It's doubtful she went to Phila with family.
