This may be your Ann Parkinson. At one time, circa 1881, the city hospital was at 8th & Franklin in Wilmington, which doesn't fit an address of 77. That hospital was closed and sold about that time.

PARKINSON - - January 21, Ann Parkinson, aged 65 years, carcinoma of stomach.
---The Sunday Morning Star; Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware; 27 January 1889, page 4.
