Hello:

Trying to locate what became of my aunt, Gertrude HATHAWAY (2 May 1902 IL - ?) and recently found she m. Fletcher Harrison "Harry" HORN 13 Oct 1933 Adams County, Indiana. Both are noted as residents of Detroit.

The 1940 Detroit census shows Gertrude HORNE (familysearch.org) or HERNE (ancestry.com) b. 1902 IL with child Joan, 6, b. Michigan.

I've believe this Joan to be Joan Gertrude KLICKO (19 Jan 1934 MI - 27 Dec 1976 Alachua County).

Am hoping to determine 1) Joan KLICKO was the daughter in the 1940 Detroit census; 2) if the census Gertrude, mother of Joan, might have been my aunt.

Any ideas or information very much appreciated.
