here is a funeral notice from the Wednesday 11 Sep 1907 Florida Times Union.
"The funeral of William H Semonite, one of Tampa's oldest merchants, who died Sunday, took place yesterday, Rev W W DeHorl of St Andrew's Episcopal church officiating.
He was a native of New York state, but came to this city in 1894 and has ever since been identified with Tampa's business interests, until a year or so ago when failing health compelled him to retire from active business. He leaves a widow and married daughter the later Mrs Carl W Hill."
