Surnames: John C Carter / John Carl Carter Jr.
I am the daughter of John C Carter who was born in Pennsylvania. He was 21 and my mother was 20 when they got married. My brother, his son, was born January 6, 1962 and then died November 2, 1967. His death took place in Jacksonville Fl. My parents were not married at the time of his death. I have no memory of them being married.
I have no information on any of his family. On my birth certificate his usual occupation: Yeoman 2/c and his kind of business or industry: U.S. Navy.
