If anyone can assist, I'd greatly appreciate it. Joseph F (Joe F) Kimbell was mayor of Lyerly, but also appeared in multiple newspapers as being strongly AGAINST prohibition before it was even law. He was even arrested several times for opening bars or selling liquor in dry cities.

My only source of information so far is the US Census, and the Atlanta Constitution. So if anyone has anything else with them in it for wills, land records, I'd greatly appreciate it. I'm rather limited where I'm located.
