Looking for Tolbert/Talbert names in Clarke Co., GA for ancestors and descendants of Tapley B. and Sarah Tolbert (both born c.1800) of Madison, Clark and Jackson Co., GA. Their son Calvin Levi Tolbert b.c.1830 married Elizabeth Sailors in Jackson Co., GA. Tapley B. and Sarah Tolbert were married in Clarke Co., GA on 9 Dec 1824. Could some pleae verify that for me. After Tapley B. died, Sarah marr. a Carson.

In Harmony Grove 1870 GA census Index, there is Sarah Tolbert, age 70,living with: Elisabeth, age 45, Sally, age 46, Wesley age 35. Anyone know of this family?

Also a James and John Talbert living Sandy Springs.
