Was Brushy Creek ever in Clarke co or Jackson co Ga?

Brushy Creek was in Wilkes co Ga in the 1780's and then in Oglethorpe co and then in Madison co Ga hen it was formed. It is in Madison co Ga now. I have ound land recordes that say Brushy Creek was in Jackson co Ga in he early 1800's. I found one land record that said it was i Clarke co Ga. That land record was in 1802. Iknow Clarke co Ga was forme in 1801from Jackson co Ga. Does anyone know? thank
